How It Works

"End users opt in by initiating contact via inbound text message to the business phone number or by verbally providing consent during phone calls. When a customer texts the business first or calls and provides their phone number, they consent to receive SMS responses related to their inquiry. This is conversational, user-initiated messaging only. No promotional messages are sent. Users may opt out anytime by replying STOP."
